1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using the platform provided by Sakrix Tech Solutions ("Sakrix", "we", "us", or "our"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not access or use our services.

2. Educational Services & Internship Programs

Sakrix Tech Solutions provides virtual software engineering internship simulations, practical project tracks, task evaluations, and skill development resources.

• Our programs are simulated industry project environments designed to help students bridge academic learning with production practices.
• Participation in our tracks does not constitute an offer of direct corporate employment, statutory apprenticeship under labor law, or equity ownership.
• We do not guarantee job placement, interviews, or hiring outcomes from third-party employers.

3. User Accounts & Responsibilities

To participate in internship programs, you must create an account with accurate and truthful information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree not to impersonate any individual, submit fraudulent code repositories, or circumvent authentication or role-based access mechanisms. Sakrix reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our code of conduct.

4. Project Submissions & Academic Integrity

Students must submit original work for all milestones and evaluations. While referencing public documentation and open-source packages is permitted and encouraged, submitting plagiarized code, copyrighted third-party solutions without attribution, or deceitful pull requests is strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification.

5. Fees, Payments & Certificate Issuance

Enrollment in our learning tracks and virtual internship curriculum is open and accessible. Certain services, such as tamper-proof cryptographic certificate verification hosting and issuance, may carry an administrative processing fee (e.g. ₹100 INR), clearly displayed before checkout.

6. Intellectual Property

All platform trademarks, branding, course materials, problem statements, and proprietary evaluation systems are the intellectual property of Sakrix Tech Solutions. Students retain ownership of original code authored by them in their respective project repositories, subject to the open-source license attached to the respective repository.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sakrix Tech Solutions and its directors, employees, or partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or inability to access the platform.
